left side/shoulder pain odd feelings

7 days ago had general not well feeling,sore throat,weak, when trying to read out loud would loose voice,wheezing sound when exhailing,periods of extreme hotness.3 days into this was so sleepy, have spent most of week sleeping day and nite. Have had some pain in upper chest area just below throat area, a feeling of like when you have swollowed a cracker the wrong way. Can clear throat and get some mucus not completley up but feel it loosen. Have been taking Amoxicillin however perscription is over today. Walked on treadmill for 25 min yesterday went 1 mile. Seem to make me feel better, did not make worse. This morning have a swollen feeling on left side from under breast area to the end of rib cage on the inside. I'm clueless any help apprecitated. Oh have had some pain in upper back area and in the beginning hard to lower my neck to chest without a pain in the back area this appears to be better today. Have used heating pad, ben gay, and vicks, this is of relief. No appitite. This morning tried some Robitussin cf. Taking multi vit.- vit e- asprin- amox.- claritin. Thanks for any information you can pass my way.

Did you ever find out what it was? I have been having pain in my side in my chest I also have swelling on my left side only and at the bottom part of my rib is protruding outward. I feel like there is something in there. I had CT and X-rays and all have come back normal...
