long term effects, treatment ingestion of poison ivy oak suma

In 1985 I ingested one of the poisons found in nature, ivy oak and or sumac, while eating wild rasberries in my vermont backyard. Every year or two sores appear on one side of my mouth and severe pain around ear, neck, throat and shooting pain this time from the top of my head down to my jaw. It seem to have become systematic and spread throughout my body. I have also have had swelling of my throat.

What are treatment options? What type of a doctor should I see?
