If your low fever is 100+ degrees, it is probably a sign of infection.  It is unusual for fever to last that long when caused by just a cold or even the flu.  But there are many other causes of persistent low grade fever.  It is good that the fever has not gone higher as it would with a serious lung infection, but if you still have it for the next few days, especially if you feel bad along with the fever, you should see a doctor.

I hope that the fever is down and that you already feel better.

Good luck.
