low oxygen levels

I have started having low oxygen levels a few weeks ago. At rest they are normal but when up and walking for very long, they drop down into the mid to low 80's The lung doctor did all these tests...P.F.T Also a C.T. with contrast etc and said my lungs were fine. My heart doctor checked everything including stress test, heart cath and TEE. Also normal. Does anyone know what else it could be?
When I am in the cold, my oxygen drops really fast. But when I have my seat warmer on in the car...my oxygen levels rise.
Thanks for any advise you may be able to offer.
