lung liver kidney lesion with low monocyte

My husband recently had CT done...revealed small nodule on middle and lower rt lobe of lung, 1.3 cm lesion on liver and attenuating lesion on superior pole of kidney. The CT also revealed small perivascular lymph node.  Had lab work done...CEA came back within normal limits  but low monocyte level along with no level at all for abs monocyte, also elevated RDW.  He is scheduled to have Pet Scan next week.  Just wanted your thoughts on all of this.
