lymph node swelling from sinus problems?

Hi,

I have chronic sinus problems, And have been having lymph node swelling in my neck and sometimes axillary for about 1 1/2 now..I have been to my doctor who ran blood test and also to a hemotologist who wasn't worried about the nodes..my question is can my lymph node enlargment be from chronic sinus problems{deviated septum, winter asthma, allergies to dust and dust mites) I have noticed a few slightly swollen nodes under my arm  one side (like raisins)I am very thin and can also feel them in my groin.

It is not very likely that allergies will cause lymph gland swelling in areas where there is not an increased drainage. Swelling of your neck could definitely be related to sinus infections and general allergy symptoms.
