Before you spend any time worrying if you have cancer, you must speak with the doctor who ordered the x-ray and ask him/her what exactly, if anything, was seen on your chest x-ray and what does it mean.  Chest pain is seldom the first sign of lung cancer.  Cough, coughing up blood and pleurisy are earlier signs.

Your doctors should attempt to find out why "i loose my voice all the time".  It could be because you have acid reflux, coming up from your stomach in to your esophagus, commonly called the swallowing tube, and maybe even into your voice box and onto your vocal cords.  If this is happening, it could also make your asthma significantly worse.  It can also cause chest pain.  Your doctors may want to test and treat you for this.

The other possibility is that you could have a condition called vocal cord dysfunction (VCD), with or without asthma.  This too could be worsened by acid reflux and cause you to lose your voice.

You should ask your doctor about this condition, when you ask about exactly what your x-ray showed.

Good luck.
