It should say "bone spurs are seen in the visualized vertebral bodies."  In other words, in the vertebrae the radiologist could see adequately, he could see bone spurs.  

Docs used to use medical transcriptionists, but now they just use speech recognition programs most of the time, so you get errors like "my" instead of "bone"
