my breathe...doesnt get any better...

ask u guys may realize i ask a question before.i did went to a doctor, get spirometry,&x-ray.the spirometry test at first it was way below average, but the doctor force me to do it again&again...in the end i reached abit below the average score.the xray test he said doesnt ve anything at all and the conclusion he made...he said that i cant breathe because im stress...i cant imagine he said it just that when i thought im going to die everytime it happen...now the symptoms is getting worst i might say.the amount of mucus increase...my throat itchy...it hurts because i keep coughing...still hard to breathe...my chest feels heavy...i cant even take a deep breathe without coughing...and this happen almost everytime...the time length has increase...sometimes im great,i feel great and i can do anything.but once this happen,i always thought im going to die...i keep going back to my bathroom to spit the mucus out.

The reason the doctor requested repeated efforts on the Spirometry test was because the results are not valid if one does not give a maximum effort.

Your description of the severity of your symptoms is worrisome and suggests that more is going-on than a response to stress.  I suggest that, as you are feeling worse, that you request a second opinion.  For all we know, you could have pneumonia, despite the allegedly clear X-ray.  Should that be the cause and it goes untreated, you could be in big trouble.

Good luck
