nasal indications

Hi, I can't get medical insurance so I'm searching for answers the best way I can.  Any help is really appreciated alot.

I have this issue with a constant pressure deep down in my head, it never goes away and is usually always about a 5 out of 10 intensity.   The other factor is I seem to have a constantly blocked, dry nose.  I have read that the middle and upper set of turbinates can press against the septum from opposite directions and cause headache pain sydrome.   The strange thing is when I do exercise, afterwards my inferior turbinates go from mammoth size to totally shrunk and I can see above them it looks like another set of badly swolen into my septum, however I'm no so sure if that's normal bone anatomy or if its indeed my middle turbinates.  Are the middle turbinates about 1 inch above the inferiors or is there supposed to be a boney formation there that may look like them?       Also what do you think is causing the problem with the swelling,  is it vascular, metabolic (shrinks when exercise) or what?     I had a normal brain MRI and sinus CT was clear of infection.    Please advise soon as I'm in pain.  thank you.

Ask any local medical schools in your area if there are clinics where you can be examined at low/reduced cost.  You can also ask area hospitals & doctors the same question (for example, wherever you have already had testing performed).  If you explain your situation in advance, some docs can give you discounted rates or a payment plan.  Your church or department of health may also know of medical resources in your area.

Nasal problems, absent of sinus infections, can be from allergic and nonallergic causes.  These can each cause swelling and pressure leading to headaches.  Recognizing that you do not have insurance, someone will have to evaluate your problem and give you appropriate therapy.  One possible therapy is a nasal steroids spray.  These, however, are by prescription.
