neck ans back pain

My neck and between my sholders are hurting and it bothers me to move my neck can't move it backwards, I tried to move it forwards and back but it s like a pull feeling and it hurts. also having bad headaches. and between my shoulderblades is like my back has a sore feeling and i have some shortness of breath. I been also haveing earaches. Please help me find out what is wrong. Thank you ,
