nodules in lung

i had a nodule in my rt.upper lobe and had surgery due to a positive cath. and pet scan in 5/07.
i also have a hx. of hodgkins disease and had my right lower obe removed. in 2007 my rt. upper lobe was removed
and i did not have cancer. it took 30 days for my lung to reinflate. i only have the middl lobe left
in my right lung and was told no more surgery. the nodule in 2007 was a granuloma.
now i have a 7 mm size in the edge of the middle lobe in my right lung and a nodule in the left upper lobe of the left
lung. i am having a cath. in 4 months to check size. i cannot have a needle biopsy due to size.
i can only watch the size. this is very depressing for me. if the first surgery was a granuloma ,
can these be granulomas also? i will not have cancer treatment for unknown. thank you for responding
