off balance and run down after sinus surgery

I had bilateral sinus surgery ( i believe that is the correct name) one week ago today as far as my healing goes i believe everything is going well, i am doing everything i am supposed to, but i am very run down feeling and my balance seems to be effected, over stepping kinda bumping in to things, is this common or normal. i still am stuffy my dr. used dissolving packing. how long will this take to devolve and could this be the cause??? thank you, Leslie l Manor

These are probably problems related to the swelling of the nasal and sinus area.  The best person to discuss these symptoms would be your surgeon.  I am sure he sees these same symptoms quite frequently following this procedure.
