oil based paint nhaling

a friend (who has fragile health, recovered from cancer 2 years ago) spent an hour painting the floor of the room (with almost no ventilation) with oil based paint (for floors and concrete). she doesn't feel well now (few hours later) and has a strong headache. do you have some advice for her? for example what to drink or eat to feel bit better?

The best advice is to get your friend out of the painted room to a place where she can breathe fresh, clean air, and not re-expose herself to the fresh paint until it is completely dry.  Oil paint vapors are powerful.  They can irritate one's mucous membranes, cause headache and nausea.

By the time you receive this message, she will probably be well.  There should be no long-term consequences of this exposure.
