I had an open lung biopsy back in 2002, I belive, or maybe 2003. Even though, I'm not choking from coughs in my sleep or stop breathing for seconds at a time, I am still having discomforts in my chest. Aside from other medical problems, I have excruciating pain in my back (right where the incisionIncision for abdominal laparoscopy Incision for lung biopsy Incision for pleural tissue biopsy Incision for thyroid gland surgery is). I have been going in and out of the doctors since the very beginning of my syptoms (symptoms) and to be honest, I am not getting any better. It appears that my condition has worsenend due to a stream of medications. Last year, I started going to the Mayo Clinic to be evaluated for a Lung Transplant, but unfortunately, my cocktail of illnesses is so complicated that I can't even get a cleareance for St. Luke to proceed. Is there any hope for someone like me to ever get cured. Please tell me what you think of a person who has been diagnosed with RA (resulting in left. hipHip joint replacement Hip pain replacement which still gives me heaviness in my leg), MCTD, InfectiousInfectious endocarditis Infectious mononucleosis Infectious mononucleosis #3 Abnormalities, GI upset, and IPF? To top things off, now I am having signs of depression. What do you think is really going on.
