oxygen cannula discomfort

You might try a baseball style cap, available everywhere, put two strips of sticky back velcro, available most everywhere above the ears and run the tubes from the back of the cap through the velcro. Place cap on head and adjust tube length for comfort. Yeah, no more ear chaffing and stylish too!
