I have a low oxygen count 91%. I would like to know if there are exercises that I can do that will increase this number. Perhaps just general exercise is the answer, but are there any on which I should focus.

Have the doctors done any tests such as a chest xray, CT imaging, or PFT's (pulmonary function tests) at the very least? If lung issues were already considered, then they should look to the heart as a possible cause. Once you have a diagnosis, then you can be correctly treated which can help your O2 sats depending on what is going on with you. Once you get answers, then you can address the doctor as to how to conditon yourself in the way of exercise. There are exercises that are beneficial to those with lung/heart problems but I won't even get into that. You need to get answers as to why this is happening..whether it be a chronic problem or short term such as an infection. Sunny :)
