pain in left side after pnumonia

I just got over Pneumonia and I have read some storys on here that sound just like mine. It uaually happen's at nite when im sleeping I wake up with a sharp pain in the left side just under the left side of chest. when I try to breath deep it's like someone stabing me with a ice pick. and at other times it doesen't hurt at all. any addvice? Troy~~

Get tested for Mycroplasma with a blood test.  Make sure they send it to a specialty lab.  Make sure the test for current and past infections.  If you have it, only certain long doses of antibiotics work.  It is a cross between a virus and a bacteria.  IF you have it please let me know.
