Do I have emphysema?

I can't say for certain that you have emphysema, you doctor should be able to sit down with you. But looking at these results, you have what is called an obstructive pattern which falls in the class of emphysema, chronic bronchitis, asthma (asthma is typically completely reversible after a bronchodilator). It looks like you were given a nebulizer afer your first set, the resultls show some degree of reversibility of your obstruction but not complete. According to your FEV/FVC, you fall in the moderate range for obstruction (55% pre 60%post).
I will say that you are blowing out pretty good volumes, so that is good. You do have significant small airways disease (seen in asthma and COPD) this is seen in your FEF 25-75 value.

Other than that, hopefully your doctor will shed more light on this as he or she has your complete history and has given you an examination. I am not a doctor, so please take what I say lightly..I am by no means an expert.

I hope that you get answers soon...Sunny
