For about one year or more I have been experiencing an out of sinc gasp while I am in bed. I am a 43 year old female, about 20# overweight and 6ft tall. There is no discomfort. I have had no serious viruses or infections, no traumas to my cervical spine. I often have what feels like a "pinched nerve", but account for that just in having a long neck and a big head. : ). I have had some bruising to my spine at about the level of my xyphoid process. As a girl I was told I have a mild curvature, I think between my scapulae. I am often tired and am often desperate for a nap although I sleep 8 hours at night.
Is this something needing further exploration?
