possible toncilitis?

im 19 and three weeks ago had strep and the entire right side of my throat was swollen.... i was treated with anti biotics and made to stay out of work for three days....
i also then had a blood test to rule out mono being that i was sleeping 15+hrs a day and waking up exhausted.....
i also have had broncits for several months started in dec-still getting over that.....

since then i have been swelling again and running what i think is  a low grade fever..100.4 but i think the thremator is broke...except for the fact that i feel like i warmer then usual.....

i went back to drs today and he did a throat culture (rapid,72hr) the rapid came out negative and im awaiting the results any ideas?

besides strep?
i work full time adn attend 4 college classes-full time////
