problem after vomiting.

im 21 and i had a flu of some sort the past 3 days and i counted that i threw up around 10 times within 2 days
i been taking prednisone, amoxicillin as my doctor prescribed me.
i have asthma and i take albutaral anyways the 3rd day i threw up again and right after i felt this tight feeling right by my adams apple and beside it to where i cant even move my neck side to side, also theres a pain right in the middle of my chest in between my ribs when i breathe in and out.
i just wanna know is this normal because i threw up so many times or did i mess something up?
