problems breathing

I have problems breathing stuffed forehead and back of my head like numb and a little headache i took antibiotics named avelox combine with allegra and did'nt help what should i do

From what you have described it sounds like you may have inflammation in your nose called rhinitis.  A nasal steroid spray may help.  This is prescription, so you will need to check with your doctor.
