progressively worsen breathlessness -pulmonary hypertension

31 female. persistent and progressive breathlessness, chest tightness/presssure, difficulty breathing on minimal exertion and even at rest, chest/throat discomfort, cough with blood seen, very bloated abdomen, right sided upper abdo/lower chest pain-- symptoms worsening for 3 years. symptoms persist all the time, on every breath.
had echo few times-- 1st time showed TRp 33 (+10)=estimated pulmonary systolic pressure of 43. high. 2nd time estimated of 37. subsequent echo showed estimated of 20. up and down. i am scared to death, been tortured by this TIGHTNESS and palpitation/difficulty breathing/not getting enough air/cough.
my ANA is positive. doctor say it's not SLE etc. 1.have i got primary pulmonary hypertension?
2.are my symptoms caused by PH? i get symptoms at rest too, even lying on bed. palpitation and feeling suffocated/chest heaviness.
3.am i having advanced pulmonary hypertension causing heart failure and then die? seen many many doctors but not very useful.
4.is echo accurate?
5.how do symptoms manifestation correlate with echo findings? i have so many questions in mind and i am physically and mentally sick. oh i have difficulty swallowing too.
I know that soon, one day i will die from difficulty breathing. i am scared.not getting any help at all. Hope to have the above questions answered.
6.Why is my difficulty breathing? tightness causing difficulty breathing in and severe chest pressure all the time and worse on minimal exertion (eg walking a few steps, taking shower, not to mention about walking upstairs).
Had CT,lung function test,ECG..
God bless.

Pulmonary hypertension is an increase in the pressure within the blood vessels of the lung.  Normal pulmonary artery pressure is 25/15.  So your readings have been high.  Pulmonary hypertension is separated into 2 types based on the problem that is causing the increase in pressure.  Primary pulmonary hypertension is caused by problems within the blood vessels of the lung.  A lung problem, a heart problem, or an autoimmune disease that involves the pulmonary artery can result in secondary pulmonary hypertension.  You will need to be seen by a doctor that specializes in pulmonary hypertension to know if this is your problem.  Only then can your other questions be answered.  A pulmonologist at a university medical center is most likely to have the greatest experience in evaluating people with pulmonary hypertension.

I think I may have the same problem, my symptoms are quite similar. I have a tightening in the chest almost squeezed feeling accompanied by severe pounding pain in my throat and sometimes head. Breathing is painful unless it is severely shallow. Light physical exertion is almost impossible (i.e. walking up stairs, bending over, moving faster than a walk). My pain starts in the center of my chest at about the bottom of the sternum and goes up the my adam's apple. When the pounding pain begins, it feels as if my heart will explode out my adam's apple or the side of my head. Are your symptoms similar to these, I have been trying to see the doctor about this but since I'm in the military, they automaticaly think your just trying to get out of work when you come in with a problem. As if I am making it up. This pain and breathing problem is getting progressively worse with me and I've only had it for a little over a week now.
