ptb minimal

how long will it take to cure or to clear a person with ptb minimal?  Can this be cure for one month medication?

im dealing with tubercolosis again now in my neck before 2009 i had medication at my back that was ptb minimal, right upper lobe now doctor said its more compare to my xray as of 2009 of march, i thought im okay realy its a burden limited oppurtunities, now at my neck what should i do im afraid it will come on other parts of my body. please tell me about my real condition, i have 1 big ball at the right side of my neck and 4 little balls down pls. im afraid at this time.
