Had TB test this moring now arm is hurting and I am  feeling sick and light headed could this be a allergic reaction.

Bad reactions to TB skin tests are quite uncommon, but it could be either an allergic or irritant reaction to the TB skin test material.  Many different types of reactions have been described including ulceration, hives, throat swelling and systemic reactions such as anaphylaxis.  You should notify your doctor of what has happened and have your arm examined as soon as possible.
