When ever I am in contact with bleach vapor, specially at work related duties I feel right now a severe pain in the chest and a day ago I was exposed to this vapor bleach environment as well as a complete  loss of voice since yesterday but mostly I have a burning pain in my chest. Started about 2 years ago and to see a doctor is out of question...
What medication/treatment might help?
Thanks.

You have a sensitivity to the vapors of the bleach.  Inhaling bleach can become toxic for some people..    Just stay away from it.  Get plenty of fresh air and drink plenty of water.
