rhinitis

i think i have rhinitis.four days ago I flyed from florida to NY in the airplane my ears felt like explosed that same night when i get home i waked up the middle of the night screaming cause i couldn't sleep my ears was block and having hard time hearing people.the next day i went to the hospital and my doctor told me that i was bleeding in my ears and they swollen and i need to let it heal on it on.ever since i left the hospital i been coughing non stop and my ears still block. I been having itchy throat,eyes. ears and been cold all the time for 2yrs in all the year around and i been seeing my doctor for the same problems now for that 2 yrs now and she kept on telling me nothing is wrong and i know i'm suffering inside .6 months ago she told me i have decreasing hearing on my left ears.and i'm only 27yrs old and i'm afraid i'm going to have another hearing lose.can someone please tell me what to do?
