saunas
are saunas good for people with brochides asthma?

That has a very personal answer.  Asthma is different in everyone with different triggers.  The patient would have to evaluate their trigger to make that decission.  If they are triggered by humidity, then a wet sauna would not be advised.  If they are triggered by dry air, then a dry sauna would not be a good idea.  Heat alone can also trigger attacks in people.  Therefore, a sauna would not be good for them in any form.  

I am triggered by both extremes of humidity levels - humid and dry. Therefore I would not go into one at all.
