scar tissue

Im 67 now and was just told I have scar tissue in my lungs. I had a chest xray and am to have another one soon.
In my past I had bronchitis but only once. I had a fracture L2 and my ribs bother me occassionally this happened in
2005 . In 96 I had a CAD triple would the chest tube have caused scar tissue and just has showed up now?
