I started to have shortness of breath when I work around the house bending over and picking up. Then my upper arms started to ache, they are sore like I worked out but have not. Then my calves(Sp?)felt sore and now my upper abdominal muscles feel like I have done situps. This has been over 3 to 4 weeks time. Does anyone know what might be going on and should I worry? Or may this be a virus that will pass?
