shortness of breath after sneezing or coughing

recently especially in the mornning, I sneeze a few time and after that I have this shotness of breath but it is not severe and after a few minutes Im ok but sometimes even if I have a mild flu or cold I start to cough and tthat's when my shortness of breath gets worse, right after a few cough im gasping for air,at the same time a runny nose and also some sort of yellowish thing like infection coming out of my chest. sometimes (shortness of breath and coughing) takes between 20 minutes up to 1 hour.
