shortness of breath

About a month ago I started with some pain in my underarm area that would radiate down to my fingers.  PCP diagnosed as a pulled muscle (after checking for any lumps) and prescribed anti-inflammatory.  Week later developed SOB and saw another PCP in the practice, who checked my pulse-ox (fine results) and said my lungs were clear.  Prescribed albuterol.  Week later w/ no better results, went back to PCP who ran chest xray and bloodwork (all of which came back normal).  Diagnosed as anxiety and prescribed xanax.  Went one week with no problems.  Week later SOB started up again.  Went to see psychiatrist who took me off of xanax and started up on Zoloft (50mg daily) and Ativan (as needed for a few weeks).  Still SOB, went back to PCP - who I convinced to do PFT.  I was told that the results were ok, but that it showed I couldnt' get a full breath out. Prescribed Advair, and told it was possibly allergies.  I've been using that for 4 days, but I still find myself SOB, mostly when I'm doing physical activity (painting inside of new house or cleaning).  I've read about pulmonary hypertension, and I'm concerned.  My toenail and fingernail beds appear slightly blue, but I'm not sure how blue they are, and if I'm seeing things that aren't there.  If all of the above tests came back OK so far, is PHT still a major concern?  My PCP didn't seem to be too worried that it was anything serious.

Helps to mention that I'm a 28 year old female, in otherwise good health.  Non-smoker all my life - no smokers in the family.

There is one thing you might also want to be checked for is Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency.
