I have just been diagnosed with a sinus disease. Over the last five days I have has horrible dizziness and vomiting---headaches cannor walk alone cannot drive or work. Had a MRi and the diagnosis was sinus disease Have never heard of it before. I have had lots of sinus headaches and problems for several years but this is the worst

What can I do to take care of this problem?? is antibiotics the answer?? Please help is there a solution to this problem? Do I need to go to a specialist???

It sounds like you have a really bad sinus infection which may be affecting your Inner Ear. You do need to see your doctor. Antibiotics may very well clear it, Give them a try.
It's no fun. I know. I had this about 20 years ago, never forgotten it!
Sometimes an antihistamine can relieve the symptoms a bit. But I do think an antibiotic (prescribed) will clear it. Good luck.

I have been to my doctor 3 times in 4 days to eyedoctor because my vision is blurred
also had cat scan and mri---the mri showed the sinus disease after 4 days trying to get help i finally got 1000 mg of antibotic for 10 days

feell somewhat better but this vision is still very effected  and  heaviness in my head is horrible  I jsut want to lay down and stay

BUT as a mother and grandmother that does not happen very much
I am of leave from work for this week  do not know what next week will bring
