I have been diagnosed with a sinus infection. I have always considered myself a light sleeper. However, my sleeping problem turned into something that I never experienced before. I started waking myself up before falling into a deep sleep by making weird noises that I couldn't duplicate while I was awake. I started getting really anxious and nervous and depressed. I made an appointment for a sleep study and had one done. I did show that I suffer from sleep apneaApnea monitor Apnea of prematurity Breathing - slowed or stopped Central sleep apnea Obstructive sleep apnea Sleep apnea. Can the reason why my sleeping problem went to a whole new level is because of the sinus infection? I went to an ENR doctor and he diagnosed me with a deviated septumSepta Septoplasty and a sinus infection. He put me on antibiotics for two weeks and it didn't seem to help.
