Your headaches could be due to sinus problems and/or high blood pressure. With a normal CT of the sinuses headaches are unlikely to be due to sinus problems. I would work with your doctor to determine if the blood pressure is the cause of these headaches. If it is not, and the headaches persist, looking for other causes is something to talk with your doctor about.
You may want to suggest a brain scan to rule out any other problems. But sinues can make you feel very bad. I am a 49 yr. old wife and mother and have had 4 sinus surgeries since 1991, the last one being in 2000. My heart goes out to you. You may want to go the route of allergy testing too if all else fails. I have had allergy shots many years ago which didn't help me, but I am going to another allergy doctor next month, he also deals with asthma which I have also. But you really should keep trying to find out what the problem is, your young yet and don't want to leave this go. Tell the doctor you want to do a brain scan and maybe an x-ray on your next and spine to rule out other things. But if that doesn't show anything, you may want to get checked out for allergies. But please know, that sinuses can do so much. Did they do blood work on you too? You should to rule out some other things. Sinuses can make your hole body feel so tired and have an unwell feeling all the time. My daughter struggled with this problem too. My one son has allergies too and suffered from excersize induced asthma. My oldest takes after my husband and doesn't get sick much at all. But we live in Lancaster county PA around all the farmers with all their sprays and fertilizers and we have found out this is a big contributor of many peoples sinus problems in this area. You may want to check around your area for any businesses that have smoke stacks or any odors from things. Even in your house. Mold, dust, radon anything that can give an odor and you may not think these things do, but do some research on this. These things can be major problem.
But be an aggressive patient and don't let the doctor pass this off, if you don't get answers and get to feeling better, try another doctor, ask around to others and listen to whether they feel that their doctor is interested in helping people. word of mouth is much better sometimes then doctor referals.
Good luck!
