I went to sleep lab back in 1998 and i have severe sleep apnia (apnea) i was put on a cpap machine and an oxygen concentrator with 4 L/min. of oxygen mixed with the nasal cpap. Is there any chance i'll ever get off of it or is that a life time thing?
Or is there a new treatment i can check into,Since it was been 7yrs. i've been on this treatment.

Generally a CPAP machine is used indefinitely to treat sleep apnea, so it is a lifetime thing.  There is a chance of getting off of it if you have had an appreciable weight loss that has decreased your body size.
