small streaks of blood once in awhile

Well last year i had this really bad sickness... i had to take antibiotics for awhile and eventually it got better... but during then i noticed like really tiny streaks of blood every now and then i blew my nose... sometimes when i did the sucking thing and spit it out... but it was really rare... i hd the same illness this year twice first time it was like last years second time it was mild... should i be worried about anything?
