The first thing to check is your ventilation system, both heating and cooling.  If it is shared with other units, you might be receiving the odor of super-glue from another apartment or condo.  Another possibility is that you may be blessed/cursed with super olfaction; that is, an above average, sometimes way above average ability to detect odors that most people don’t sense; for example, cigarette smoke originating in the street outside, when your place, including all windows is tightly closed.

Some odors are not real.  The experience of tasting or smelling phantom odors is not rare.  In the great majority of instances, no cause is found, and it is more a nuisance rather than a disease, and nothing to worry about.  The best associated-with-a-disease instance of this is Parkinson’s disease but it is rare and occurs with, not preceding Parkinson’s disease.
