Hi the names jimbo, Im from australia my question is relating to the chest pain and stress of quitting smoking...

Im currently 20 years of age and have been smoking ciggarettes since i was about 10 or 11, and also been smoking alot of bongs ( WEED) since about 16, waking up smoking 3 cones to 10 cones at a time then drinking alcohol and  smoking a half to somtimes a pack of 12-16 millagram ciggarettes every day, Ive just had to give up last week both ciggs and bongs since experienceing, chestpain in heart, back and all over chest basicly, the last coup le of days ive been going through a cycle of heart throbbing momments, feeling like im about to have an attack like ive just ate a bag of sugar, also neck and shoulder pain, ive realized when this happends i have to have a beer or two to stop it and it does work, also if i go for a run up and down the street this kind of speeds my heart up and stops this attack thing, Im wondering if i have anything wrong with my lungs or not?. Also i have noticed a growth on my left nipple, doctor reckons its a sist but its always on my mind like i can feel it shouldnt be there like i feel like getting a pair of sharp sissors, and chopping it off, I know this sound silly but it true!. Also noticed since ive given up the weed that im finding it hard to concentrate like 10 things going through my mind at once could this just be the extacy ive tried in the past? or the  alcohol that i drink every day? am i going bannanas? please answer this thanks jim australia.
