sore throat, chest, tongue and sore in nostril

I am not sure what is going on wth me. I went to urgent care and they diagnosed me with bronchitis but she was very interested when looking into my throat, nose or even rubbing across my throat. She didnt seem to do it like my dr would..my concern is that I have a sore in my left nostril, sore chest,sometimes hard to take a deep breath, sore swollen throat and tongue, tongue is also caked with white even when I brush it. When i blow my nose it is not clear but mixed white and clear. Every once in a while I feel a drip in the back of my throat.
I was put on the z pack about 5 days ago and it doesnt seem to be helping. what could be wrong

could be GERD(acid reflux) have a look into this. Acid can reflux from stomach into the esophagus but it can go pretty far up to the throat, mouth, nose...and is acid, only the stomach was built to resists it.
