spots on lung

I had a ct done on my lungs. they said they were looking to see if I had a blood clot in my lungs. Turns out that I didn't but they said I had spots on my lungs that were consistence with TB. I have worked in a nursing home for a few years but we had tb test done and they were always neg. the doc. did another test and they said it was neg. but they recommended that I have another one in 2 weeks. They also said maybe I have steph pnuemona. I am to go for another CT in 1 month. It has been 9 days that I am on an antibiotic it doesn't seem to be getting better yet. I was given an inhaler to use to help my breathing if needed. they said the spots were pus filled. had anyone ever had somthing like this?
