superimposed perihilar pneumonia
I was diagnosed with superimposed perihilar pneumonia after an odd xray prompted a MRI scan.  My doctor was very concerned about cancer as the lymp nodes were enlarged on the xray but the MRI reader diagnosed superimposed perihilar pneumonia.  First, what is this?  (I cannot find anything about it online).  Second, what are the odds this diagnosis is correct and I do not have cancer? Third, what are the odds I am immunocompromised or exposed to something odd like legionaires disease bacteria?

Thanks
