thick white mucus

I have been experiencing alot of thick white mucus, and it has been making me feel nausea and week. what should I been taken

every month my period is the same, I cramp for three days and then the heavy flood comes, this time it is differents. Now I have been swollen and cramping with no period, am I going through memopause.
