tired and sore throat

I have had a sore throat (the third in about 6 weeks). I am also having breathing problems, upper respiratory problems,ear ache, and grat fatigue. I can barely do any house work. A short trip to the grocery wears me out. The firt sore throat was strsp. The last two have tested negative. I am going back to the doctor tomorrow. Any suggestions? I leave for China in a week for a 3 week trip. I am wondering if I should even go.

I had a similar experience to you, with a sore throat, white coating, and raised anxiety levels (caused by the virus). Pins and needles in the legs also.  Full details are here on my blog:
