want to get rid of ventilator/tricheostomy

I have breathing problem because of weakness of upper diaphragm muscle from 1 year. I am also admitted two months in {THE AGA KHAN HOSPITAL KARACHI} and the doctors dignosis

SURGICAL PATHOLOGY REPORT
DIAGNOSIS: 26:2:2002

MUSCLE BIOPSY: NORMAL MUSCLE BIOPSY.PRIMARY MUSCLE DISEASE SUCH AS HYPERTROPHYCANNOT BE EXCLUDED COMPLETELY. CLINICAL CORRELATIONIS RECOMMENDED}

HISTRO CHEMISTRY REPORT:
DIAGNOSIS: ABNORMAL MUSCLE BIOPSY, PROBABLY PRIMARY MYOPATHY,DYSTROPHY CANNOT BE EXCLUDID COMPLETELY. CLINICAL CORRECTIONIS RECOMMEDED

         three months I am not using ventilator or any support but now I am using ventilator for sleeping. I am 21years old. I want to get rid of ventilator. Help me pls.

Please post your question to the Neurology Forum at http://www.MedHelp.org.  Neurologists at the Cleveland Clinic will answer it.  They have more experience with diaphragm weakness.  Good luck in getting rid of the ventilator.
