what are these sharp pains?

i get a sharp pain in my left lung i believe, not sure if its my lung though. I have had this since i was 17 and am almost 23, every now and then ill get a horrible hot stabbing pain which makes me have to bend over and breathe very shallow until the pain goes away, it doesn't last for long but i am unable to stand up while this is happening. also this morning i woke up with sinus problems went to the bathroom and coughed up 75% blood and 25% mucus. I have a doctor apt in 2 weeks and would really like to know what may be wrong before i go in

i have the exact same thing but i haven't coughed up blood yet, i had it for for about 5 years now i wondered if you have had found any cures or had any advice??

edit... this morning the blood/mucus came from my sinuses
