Your chest xray is normal, except those indirect signs (bilateral perihilar interstitial pattern) for chronic bronchitis.
If your are a smoker, or an ex-smoker, you should perform a spirometry, a simple examination for diagnosis of bronchitis or asthma. Only with this examination you can be sure if you have an airway disorder.
