what does this mean

My 10 yr.old just had her 8th sinus surgery. Her sphenoids,ethmoids,frontal, and maxiallry sinus cavities were all infected.  Polys were removed also.  She continues to have problems with her breathing , but no one seems concerned about these findings... HRCT of chest shows Minimal,linear opacities at periphery of bilateral lower lobe on supine image, which resolves on prone image, reflecting subsegmental actelectasis.  On another HRCT of chest 8 months prior stated mild bronchial dilation and wall thickening reflection an element of chronic inflammation.  The tracheobronchial structures show mild prominence of the bronchial diamenter. Does not meet the minimum criteria of bronchiectasis at this time. Another interesting finding, on a biopsy to rule out Ciliary Dyskensia ... The carina biopsy is well oriented but the surface mucosa consists mainly of metaplastic squamous epithilium.  No intact cilia present so unable to perform ultrastructural examination.  I was told this biopsy was normal. Can antyone help me understand these findings.
