I've had a ct scan and chest xray everything came back ok. still I have earaches, eye pain, chest and shoulder pain and even neck pain.  Sometimes I feel a bit dizzy. Am assuming it is my sinus what could be the cause of this and what why does it affect the body in this manner. I've cut out foods that can make this symptoms worse, still my nostil are blocked up. please give me some answers.

If the normal CT scan was of your chest that would rule out any significant lung or chest disease.  That is good news, given your chest, shoulder and neck pain.  With the negative CT scan and chest x-ray the most common cause of your pains would be muscular.  Although another possibility would be compression of a nerve or nerve bundle, which could occur anywhere from the spinal cord to the chest, shoulder and neck.  The CT scan would not reveal this kind of disease.  You should be examined by your doctor and, if the cause is not obvious to him/her, you may need additional x-rays.

You are probably right in suggesting that your symptoms are coming from your sinuses and that is often associated with earache, eye pain and nasal blockage.  Chest, shoulder and neck pain are not ordinarily associated with sinusitis.  Sinusitis can be infectious, allergic or neither of these.  Sinusitis is often characterized by nasal obstruction to sinus drainage and so one of the first things would be to use medication that will open your blocked nose.  Given the eye pain and dizziness you should definitely have a CT scan of the sinuses.  You will have to work with your doctor to determine the cause of your sinusitis; infectious, allergic or a common form of sinusitis called allergic fungal sinusitis and then prescribe treatment accordingly.
